When it comes to scenarios no event comes close to offering what D-Day does. Six full days worth of near non-stop action, including daily mini scenarios, a night event all capped with a full day's worth of action which involves 3,000+ players and as many as 30 armored vehicles, all spread out across 800+ acres of rough wooded terrain, complete with realistic props, buildings, trenches and bunkers. Presently looking to recruit experienced PB snipers for three of our Allied units, including the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions and Commonwealth Expeditionary Force (CEF). Event date: 10-15 June 2013 Location: Wyandotte, OK Cost: 80.00, includes camp/shower fee and all HPA NOTE: No CO2 available Paint: Valken Attachments:

I would love to bring my sniping equipment and be a sniper for your side, but I will be deployed from April to August, so I will miss this game yet again. I missed it last year as well. Oh well. Perhaps next year I will get to play.

I wanted to make everyone aware that D-Day Park is also hosting a smaller event in April. See the poster for more details or feel free to give me a call or visit their website. This event is is a run up to D-Day, with around 300-400 players. It's an excellent chance to recon the field and to meet some of the 'regulars.' Just keep in mnd it's typically still cool and the trees haven't filled out yet. sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/s480x480/541647_10200133210345634_103928777_n.jpg

No first strikes, no chicago! I have been emailing Dorsai and the Allied Army on D-day and I am also certain first strikes will be on the field. If they are will you present. It occurs to me that the most of the real hardcore shooters are on this Forum. It would be great to get a roll call going on who is going to be there. With a little luck this could be an annual reunion event. It would be great to get as many people as possible playing together. From my interactions with the guys running the Allied said I would say they have a true appreciation for what a sniper is supposed to do. If you're there you can take a peak through my Nikon M-223 with internal range finder.

June and Oklahoma just might be doable if I'm in good health. And, I'd love to see the internal range finder. And, good to hear from you. Are you going to get involved with Tiberius on the T15? like a sponsorship?

Jjron and I have been talking about this one but he won't know till April. Of course he is now a celebrity player, but maybe he will let you and I carry his first strikes and clean his rifle. Do celebrities still belly crawl or do have someone do that for them?
Nessy is out for this year. Anyone else interested?

Very very tempting. However, I cannot commit on this go around at this time. I have too man projects around the house that need done this year. The time frame of this event is smack in the middle of when most of my expendable cash will be getting sunk into home improvement endeavors.

With luck this will become an annual thing and we will see you next year.

I asked my dad, we can't go, he has some type of conference he's registered for; but, it sound great...sorry, I've got to get ready for school now. Running late.
Oh. Trinity, Chicago will listen to you, please tell him to come back the forum isn't the same without him and he's the main reason it lasted as long as it did and grew into such a great place.
Please help, I know you are the chiviliuos type - do this girl a favor, pretty please.

I'm posting this to remind everyone that I'm looking to recruit about 10 players to serve as snipers. We've already got 4 lined up for our O.S.S. unit, 1 for the 899th Blackcat Tank Destroyers and 1 for the 101st. We still need at least 4 for the CEF (Commonwealth Expeditionary Force), 3 for the 101st and 4 for the 82nd. All snipers will be working with a second player who will serve as their security/spotter. We also intend to run a 1 day class to insure everyone can do the job. Currently we have commitments from KT for upwards of 15 468s and also from Sony Lopez for 4 SAR12 models. These will be loaners, although I'm thinking they'll also look to offer a discount if someone wants to buy one. We're also looking to try and get Cory with Scarab to help out as well as Tiberius Arms. Finally I've heard back from Kingman and they say they're willing to 'sponsor' us. That translates to 20% off of their models.
If you'd like more details, or would just like to talk about our plans for 2013, please feel free to give me a call. I'm available most any time between 0600-2000hrs, eastern time.
Thanks again,

It's good to have the one-eyed, Canadian, green guy back.

I talked to the D-Day guys today and they told me that there was a squad of one-eyed green guys that come down from Canada every year to play in Oklahoma. It sounds like they represent some kind of nursing home up there. None of them have any teeth. They just sit around gumming peanuts and speaking some kind of Canadian gibberish. I don't think they shoot paint, just nerf balls.

That's just some misinformation from Trinity's counter intelligence group, two invisiable people that follow him around (or so he thinks).

I'm beginning to suspect that Trinity and chicago are the same person. No two people could have that much paintball and sniper knowledge. And, if they aren't the same person, Trinity is probably right. Chicago is canadian (or at least trapped in a Canadian old folks home).
I hope to see them both in the same room at the same time on D-day; and not from the other side either!

They aren't the same. I'd know. And, watch out for trinity, he's the one spreading rumors that Chicago is canadian!
