Two things. Compare the individual things you list to the price Rockstarttacical has for whats called the Tiberius Sniper version (I think it has everything you list and is like $50 less than buying separately).
Second, people have many varying opinions on number of mags. Some of how many you carry will be cost or it has to do with how long between games are. Like we play 30 minutes or less than switch sides of the field and go at it again. Then we all walk off get gas, paint, etc.
I've only once ran out of first strikes once; and I also carry to extra tubes. In general, I always play with 5 mags (1 in gun and 4 in mag pouches). Some run with 2 and reload during a game (not for me). Some run 8 mags - too many for me. Good luck, my opinion is you can always buy more mags if you feel you are running through them all the time. But, my experince is the more you play, the less mags you need. My opinion, 5!
