Well, I almost made it to LL6. Here's some pix. And, unlike my Dark Knight that worked out so well, I've got some real problems with all involved here! Pictures now, complaints later when I settle down! Won't make it to LL6 unless Engler sends push pins I need overnight! Spent must of the day re-threading and aligning and respacing a bent (slightly warped) SARGE. Will discuss these abominations too (bu,t also not now)! Here are the pix straight out of the box (yes, see, the weird gaps! Theyt are caused by screws weren't aligned and twisted in anyway - probably cause the dip partial obstructed the reassembly - but instead of correcting, they did this!) This is how it came to me: [img src="[/img]http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/32074185/Paintball/SARGE/P1000391.JPG"] A lot of half stripped screws now and no push pins to mount the TiPX with!

Over on the Tiberius forum, they asked me whose fault this was. Here's what I said:
"To be honest, I don't know. I bought it from Engler and had it drop shipped to JazGeek. Yesterday was the first time I saw it. That's why I'm not placing any blaim.
I would have thought that JazGeek would have said something when it came to him or when he had someone reassemble it! And, I think that the dip caused the holes to get filled a little causing the screws to "misalign" and some of the "nobs" not to drop into the holes. After finally getting it completely disassembled (attempted not to cause further damage), I filed some of the holes. Things popped into place (with a little force)! I then screwed things in place with the partially stripped areas. Thankfully, they didn't bother screwing it back together very well. So, some of the threads where left, enough to grip all but one of the screws. Thinking about using locktite to be sure.
Engler didn't send all the pieces. that's for sure, cause this was not the first SARGE that JazGeek did (he has pictures). He knew the two large pins (bolts, screw, whatever you call them weren't there). He said he contact Engler and Engler would send new ones to him. But when it got here, no long "screws" So I can't even put the TiPX in the SARGE! Contacted Engler, first he said he'd send them. Then later he said someone from Tippman would have then at LL6. I was going to go to Living Legends with the SARGE to play in the magfed all tournament tomorrow (Friday). So, having something there (that I can't assemble and fine tune here first) was kinda adding insult to injury!
I can't sight in, I don't even know if it will work! So, since we are supposed to have thunderstorms tomorrow, I'm now considering not going to LL6 or if I do, I'm taking my trusty Tiberius Dark Kninght and Silent Angel!
VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH VENDORS RIGHT NOW!"

Over on Tiberius forum I left this for someone that wanted to know who I thought was responsibke for the problems. I was too angry yesterday and have been in touch with both vendors today, so here is the respons I gave on the Tiberius forum:
"Well, I talked to Eric at SARGE for quite some time today (on the phone) and to John at JazStands (thru messaging on facebook)!
According to Eric, all kits are shipped disassembled as was mine. With every thing incuding the extra screws I'm missing (in the last ten shipments therer have been no problems). But, he apologized for what I experienced and promised to make thing right. He has a pair waiting for me at Living Legends tomorrow! He has also FEDEX all the screws I need to my house. Was a great guy to take with.
On the other hand, John claims that JazStands can't be resposible for reassembly, which I think that's something important that anyone should know before doing business with him! Plus, I never asked for a reassembly and the last time, my MP7 was shipped back in two piece (no reassembly). So, I don't understand/trust John's excuse. But, if it's any consulation, he did say he was "Sorry I wasn't happy." WOW! Such great customer service!
So do I believe Eric who has bent over backwards and is send me extra parts at his expense, or John (jazgeek, member ID on this forum); who basically said I can't be responsible for the reassembly of your stuff (which was never asked for and wasn't done before). And, he mentioned nothing about the scratches that came on the shroud (which Eric could not have done), or the fact he didn't tape the holes properly so that I had to file them out to get the SARGE's halves to align! etc., etc. This second experience leave a really bad taste in my mouth.
Of Course, VoodooAddict cam over when he heard I got the kit back. So, besides the photos, I have a witness. The scratches came from Jazstand, and John didn't even offer a partial refund for the crap job and the terrible reassembly! Yes, I'm going to do a reviews to!"

Must say, the above is now only partly correct. Although Engler talked a good game. No one at Tippman seemed to know him! And, my parts weren't there. On Thursday he said he also sent it overnight to me Fedex (supposedly just in case I didn't gtet to LL6). So, I'm think cool, I'll be able to assemble the SARGE
Well when I got home from LL6, no FEDEX package and none today yet either! Jazgeek claimed he contacted Engler as well but never got the parts either! And the guy at the field with the black Sarge claimed he went to a hardware store to get his (1 3/8 by 10-32 I think he said). And, he was also having problems with the folding stock! I saw it with my own two eyes!
So obviously, he hadn't gotten all the parts either even though Engler claimed I was the only one that had experienced these problems. I'm not going to be dealing with any of them including Tippman any more! When did all the vendors start lying? I'm sticking with RockStar, Hammerhead, and Tiberius from now on!

oh! I did want to say one more thing, my son who only plays pump but wanted to join me in "magfed" got to hold the Sarge with the TiPX inside! It was luv at first hold!
He's now considering getting one! OMG, I want nothing to do now with either Engler of Engler Custom or Tippman! He played all day with me in magfed running the TipX as a pistol an loved it! I think I've created a monster! He likes them much better than Tiberius! He owned a T8.1 but sold it! I have to admit I like the weight of the YiPX and we picked up 4 - 20 round Zetamags for when I get the SARGE working!

Here's a better pix of the zeta mags that will go on as soon as I get the parts I need for my SARGE! No FEDEX yesterday either! Guess Fedex doesn't deliver on Saturdays anymore; or else, it's the longest overnight package in the world sent from Engler Custom.
I'd love to try those 121's they have in those mags on the SARGE! I'll be glad to do a good write up for them (or I'll send you the bad result and not publish); but, please, please someone send me some prerelease 121s! Forgot to come back to the booth at Livings Legends where they had them! They had told me at the Scarab booth I could shoot them there. But, you know...games to play! oops, wrong pix sorry phobes! Hope this is the right one": P.S, my son ran the Tipx as a pistol and used these mags and had no problem (except if you want to mention the fact that since you can pack 20 in a mag (40 in two - which is a small bulk boxoif First Strikes), you need to change the Co2 as well - if that's what your using). When you've shot all your first strikes, you need to change the co2 at the same time! That's no a problem for me and I have the psiworks special for hPA already mounted on the back! So, when this thing transforms into a Sarge, it's going to be an awesome beast. Lets start thinking of names!

Oh ****, after all this time. DJ was paying attention. First page of the ACES sniper handbook, "Pay atttention."
Anyway, FEDEX ususally delivers by 10 AM around here. So, Engler has 30 more minutes to make right what should have been made right before the SARGE was sent to me! Are there any betting snipers out there? After 10 today I'm head to a hardware store!
Terrible experiences with Tippman, JazGeek, and Engler lately. Unless you are a machacist lookinbg for more grief, stay way from all three!

Well, no parts from that Engler Custom shop and it's afternoon. I give up! Went to hardware store. Got more than I needed just in case for $3.83 retail with tax! Thanks Tippman at LL6. I understand that say $1.50 (cause you aren't buying in single quanities), was too much to spend to cultivate customer loyality! And, Jaz Hydro up in canada, why don't you put these pix on your company web site. Scrapped up like it's seen the field (don't think I'm not considering contacting paypal)! Anyway, not goiing to narrate/caption each picture, the shiney stuff is either new bolts I bought or scratches to screws or body made by JAZGeek's crappy reassembly. There are a couple of extras too. Eotech zombie sight with Arms flip up iron sights for either cowiness or as bacups (thought I'd try something different than magpul! That little grip on back in front of the back iron sight is for connecting to a harness. And, although, I really liked the folding/extending grip that came with it. This just feels more comfotable for me. Oh, and she is CO2 or HPA compatible with the psiworks quick disconnect attachmentment. And, what do you think of the zetamag! I got three of them. Kicking myself for not buying more! The first couple of pix here are on one side of her; then I flip her over and fold her stock up: This is fast becoming my favorite marker! Ultra light, 20 first strike rounds per mag (not excessively long)! Balanced nicely! And, she's not bad looking either! Hey, I might start a poll here for some names! I was thinking " deadly silent eyecandy"! But, that's too close to Mr. SkullCandy, sir. Tomorrow she gets sighted in! Only missed LL6 by two days!

Well, she was out today and I have a name for her, the silent curse! She is cursed. First got her working with paintballs thru zetamag, followed by first strikes. Not the problems we saw before. Had to put back the Gunhead breech because there was a problem right way with the Tactical-MOD right out of the box. Can actually see/feel metal in the breech that obviously should not be there and they grabbed at the bolt. Once back on Gunhead breech, paintballs then First Strikes fired no problem (used to get breaks; none now!). In fact, one setup was 10 paintballs followed by ten first strikes in the same mag! The zetamags are incredible. To be honest, I was firing like a "spray and pray" player (really fast, each first strike hitting in the same exact spot from 30 meters out). Didn't need to; but, can get thru 20 First Strikes in seconds.
Another curse, the eotech has absolutley no height adjustment. No movement its broke, that's why it was such a great deal on E-bay! Man was I was suckered! And, the Milsig silencer doesn't work well on the SARGE. My oldest son stuck a regular snaggle tooth tip on it, looks bad *** and isn't that much louder.
So, I turned the marker over to him. He loves the SARGE and he immediately threw away the iron sights to make it even lighter and more stream lined! It's is such an awesome marker, ultra light and shoots first strikes. I got her a hammerhead riffled 0.688 and a delrin bolt. My son doesn't mind that the sight doesn't work! I'll let him give her a name! If I'd kept it, I would have called her the silent curse!
Oh, and she works either HPA or 12 gram with the psiworks quick disconnect that is perfect with the stock.

If you are looking to recoup your loss on the eotech, I'd be interested in it. I've already torn into a few of the replicas and wouldn't mind trying to get it working. Let me know a price if you are interested.

/will do, even comes with the EoTech registration and warranty card in an EoTech box. But, I have other real eotechs. When I purchased it on ebay I was leary. When it arrived, I noticed, the biohazard rectile is smalle than my other Zombie Eotech. All my other real eotechs have 80 MOA, 40 each way off of center. This one has none (side to side, windage is fine, but up and down nothing (even a real eotech can be damaged if its run pastr its limits - it says so in their manual (I know, I;ve carefully read them, they aren't cheap)! So, I'll sell it cheap to you but, I just want you to know, it is "as is". I now doubt its authentisity. I'll pm you in the morning after I've thought it over tonight!

Sounds good, so you thought it was a real one and you now believe it's one of the knock offs? Also, just as a tribute to you, here's another "girls in paintball video" to add to your collection..... youtu.be/2qtRonT4COY

Thanks, that was great. I'll send PM about scope as soon as I talk to my son (he get first dibs).
AND, HE USED TO FIX MY FAKE EOTECHS FOR ME CAUSE i "BOTTOMED THEM OUT ALL THE TIME." As I understand it from my real eotech manuals they have the same problem and warnings about going past 80 /MOI. So, he might want a crack at this one. they were all great.
I'm not a snob; my eye is just so bad now, I needed the clarity and brightness the real Eo's and Hawkes delivered me! It a ***** to get old; trust me!

My son mounted the Eotech on a killjoy addjustable riser on the new Tippman X7 phenom, works and looks good there abd the kiljoy riser (version one not modded by Fixxxer) compensates for the eotech height adjustment ptoblrm. Works rather well out past 150 feet. Think he'll keep; it sorry DJ.
And, yes, I got the X7 working with FS!
Tomorrow, the oldest boy will have both at CPX if weather permits!
