V-Tac double T9 mag holders

I just ordered and received a side-by-side double mag holder and a stacked double mag holder. They are much stiffer than I anticipated. I am not sure I like the feel of that. Has anyone else run with these yet ?

While they lock in pretty good (due to the stiffness), they could be a problem on the field in a hurry.

Chicago, I think you have stated you have the side-by-sides... are yours stiff to ? or perhaps an older model thats not so stiff.

Yes, I had them (one set); but they also (as well as being tight), Stick out too far for my rotund physique! I use the singles. Theyt are a little stiff too; but if you put the mags in shells down and orient them certain way, they are a dream. I use a dump pouch so no problem getting them out of mag holder and then they go into the dump pouch.

I must tell you that now that I've been experimenting with the TipX, those mag holder work great for the TiPX first strike mag holders.
