Hello everyone,
Am in desperate need of these screws for next weekend. Have tried Tiberius and they are not responding. If any one has any spare or knows the dimensions of the screws it would be greatly apriciated.
Thanks, Liam

you could try rockstartactical.com, they have practically every Tiberius part you could ever need

I tried rockstar and unfortunately they do not ship goods to the uk. Thanks for the suggestion though.

just a thought, is it possible that the screws that hold the cover plate over the hole the hopper use (you know the thing that you have to remove to attach the hopper adapter) are also meant to fasten the hopper adapter? i mean it has the right threading and diameter so the only question is, is it long enough? (can't seem to find where i put my hopper adapter so i can't check)

Thanks archorn for the suggestion but that was the first thing I tried and the screws from the plate are to short. They need to be about twice as long.

They should come with the gun, if not then try justpaintball.co.uk (for UK) or www.stratec.nu (swe) and pick up a tiberius players toolkit, they should have them Also i have some extra of them laying around that i can measure for you.

Thanks wolfen. Justpaintball.co.uk is the site I purchased the marker from. Quit disappointed with them as the items I purchased arrived late and the Tiberius didnt include the hopper adapter screws. I have contacted them and they said they where going to send the screws out to me but I haven't received them yet and it has almost been two weeks. They say they are still waiting for them from Tiberius. Would the tool kit contain the same items as the full service kit as I have seen some on uk sites. Also if you could measure your adapter screws that would be a masive help! I could see if I could get some from a hardware store then

That was the first thing I tried. The screws that hold the plate on are far to short. They hardly come out of the other side of the screw hole on the adapter. I noticed on rockstar.com the picture of the adapter screw is about twice as long. Shame they don't ship to the uk.

Another alternative (cause I know you are in a hurry). Take two of the plate screws to a hardware store (that's what we call them in the States) or, if you have megastores in Scotland, try a "Homedepot" or a "Lowes." They usually have screws for sale and a screw "tap" so you can be sure you are getting the right "threading."

I think that is what I am going to have to do Chicago. Got a few places near by that should be able to suply the rite size screw. Wolfen said he is going to measure his spare ones for me so once I get the dimensions I should hopefully be able to get some. Am worried if I get ones that are to long, they will foul a moving part on the inside.

Alright the screw is 3mm in diameter and length 5mm (without counting the head) . The ones holding the plate in place is 3mm X 4 mm. I do have 2 really quick solutions if you can't find any new ones in time. Either thin the feedneck plate just a tiny bit where the holes at (as you only need about 0,5mm for the short screws to work) or a better solution, you should have extra screws in your bag with the right length and diameter that looks like miniature versions of the screws holding your ASA in place. the screw head will stick out a tiny bit but your feedneck will stay firmly in place if you use those.

Good old dependable wolfen. Finally some real discussions and some more words of wisdom form the Ace of Cookies.

Thank you Wolfen! Very helpful information. Will see if I can get them from a hardware store. If not, will use one of the methods you mentioned.

Liam? Did you ever get the screws you wanted?

It bothers me, Liam, that you don't have a solution yet and you started out with this rather urgent need. So, please let me know whether you have a solution yet.
I'll run to a hard store here in the states for you. I'm not buying you or any one else here who reads this - markers or guns, or parts - but, I'm willing to ship four screws to you that probably cost all of $2 US. Don't know what shipping four screws to Scotland must cost - but it can't be that bad. I don't think I'm breaking any international laws shipping you four screws...Let me know!

guess so, that saves me a trip to the hardware store and the hassle of going to fedex or the US post office and the cost of sending the stuff.
And, I don't remember seeing Liam on the Tiberius forum lately if at all. Which to me would have been the more logical place to ask about a Tiberius screw set.
May be this was all a sham (not scam). I feel so used.

IM BACK! Thank you very much chicago for that offer. I really appreciate that and I am sorry I have not replied in so long! I have not been on line for a while because I was on leave from the army and left my laptop on camp. I did manage to get some screws. Tiberius replied to my emails the day before I went on leave with the dimensions. For anyone else that needs the screws in the future the dimensions are 4 40 x 1/4.
I used the dimension that wolfen gave me and they where spot on but I ordered them in metric and then got the reply from tiberius a couple of days later with the imperial dimensions, just before I went on leave. I got the screws from a model shop at home as this is a common screw size for R/C cars and aircraft.
