Free bump.
I have to ask, how is it first strike equipped?

The hole in the barrel for the paint is shaped for FS rounds.

I'm curious, the same barrel won't work in both the T8 and the T8.1 will it? I know that's what the website says but I didn't think that was possible....

Djmatt is right....barrels for the t8/9 series won't work with the t8.1/9.1 series...
What kind of detents are in the barrel? Metal or rubber?

Metal I think. My friend has the barrel right now.

Why can't they make a standard length first strike capable barrel for the T8....they make it for regular paintballs which don't seem to benefit from the rifling...

Metal I think. My friend has the barrel right now. if its metal then it is for the t8/9 series, not the .1 series

So, now that people have had enough time to work with them, what is the verdict? Are they worth the money? Are they better or worse than a Lapco or Hammerhead? For a pistol, which is better? Do any of them improve the accuarcy of a Tiberius pistol?
Oh, and why is the MILSIG only 6.88 inches long? Does that present a problem at the tip?
