i sent in my T8 mags in to Craig Palmer and he said he could get my mags extended. I trusted him expecting to get them back in a week. It has now been a month and the lady that keeps answering the phone for palmers pursuit customs keeps telling me he is unavailable. Then i emailed him several times and i have yet to receive any emails back. I'm pretty angry about it all and idk what to do. Any suggestions on what to do?

Go onto a big paint ball forum that you know he's on and ask for them back. If he refuses, just complain. He'll lose customers if the word gets out that he's ripping people off.

You're on a tricky road here. If money changed hands then he has an obligation to return your finished product to you in: A) A pre-determined rough agreed upon timeline. (or) B) A reasonably acceptable amount of time based upon a pre-conceived notion.
If money didn't change hands all you can really do is request the item back in a timely manner. I would contact his assistant again and demand a call back at his first chance. If he doesn't call back make sure you understand that you will be taking your complaints to online paintball forums to discuss your complaints at full. From here it would be in his best interest to get back to you, as his business depends entirely on how the community feels about his service and the product provided.
Bottom line, no one wants to loose business. If it's taking longer then expected then he needs to explain that to you in some form or another. If the delay is unwarranted then you have a right to complain.
Good luck bro.

i would suggest posting something on MCB. Out of all of the paintball forums they seem to have the most knowledge about his whereabouts. I think he might even be a member over there.

I called him today and i did get a hold of him. He was having some family issues, but hes now back in the shop and hes backed up on work. He said he hasn't came up with a good way to approach the ext mag without having to make batches of them. He said he should have a plan by Monday or Tuesday on how to do it but if he cant come up with one then he'll send it back to me. Also while we r on the subject, has anyone heard an update from SpecOps about their ext mags?

They have a new web site that says "they are back" so i guess they might start making them again. They are one the new site, but listed as out of stock.

I just read on the tiberius forum that all product designs are property of MOATI and were not sold. Meaning no ext mags for awhile
