Sorry u guys haven't heard from me in a while, been a lil busy. I need a lil help i seem to be in a pickle. About a month ago my regulator on my T8.1 was leaking and i never could fix it so i sent just the regulator in to Tiberius Arms by itself for them to fix. Unfortunately when they tried it on several of their markers they didn't have the same problem, it worked fine for them. Once i got in touch with them about it they said they needed me to send in my entire marker for them to take a closer look to figure out the problem. I asked if they could just send me a new regulator and they said no. Now I have to send in my marker and thats where the problem occurs for me. I have modified my marker so much i don't think they'll take it. My modifications include the stippled grip mod, ammo indicator slot, and the T8 mags accepted in the T8.1. What should i do A.C.E.S?

You might have modified it quite alot. But the internals are still the same are they not? Considering that it's safe to assume the the problem lies in the internals i don't really see why they couldn't take a look at it (warranty might not cover it anymore but atleast you should get it fixed).
Are you absolutely sure it's the regulator itself that's leaking though? i mean there's plenty of things that can leak in a 8.1/9.1 and if they tried your regulator and it worked then wouldn't be more likely that it's something else.
My suggestion is that you describe exactly how/when and where it leaks. Someone here may very well have a solution for you. If non does then you can still send it to tiberius to be checked even though it'll probably cost something.

I don't think they will care if you only did mods to the grip. If the body is in the same as you purchased it, then I don't think they can blame the problems on you.

As long as you haven't modified the reg I think it will be fine.
If you are really worried about it you can buy just a grip frame from TA for ~35$

No i have not modified the regulator or internals for that matter. Heres what happens, when i insert a mag into the marker it starts leaking air. It does it with my modded T8 mag and the non-modded T8.1 mag. but when i put all those mags in to my other pistol, that has no problem at all, it does not leak so that tells me its not the mags.

sounds like the nipple that goes into the co2 valve on the magazine might be bent you may need to bend it back or buy a new one

i agree with soldier of fortune, to me it sounds like a nipple problem. Inspect it to see if it's been bent, if not then screw it out and put some teflon tape on it or something to make sure it isn't the threads that's been busted. If non of that helps then it might be you need a new one.
