What do other snipers prefer? I feel this question may be just personal preference; but, I'm not sure.

For example a Tiberius 8.1 or T9.1 has a lot lighter pull than a Tiberius 8 or T9. I find I like the lighter pull. I don't have to think about pulling the trigger, just breathing and the target. And, if I miss (which I do occasionaly), my second shot is still pretty much aligned.

However, the heavy pull (for me) distracts me a little getting me thinking of squeezing the trigger as well. And with the additional force applied, the second shot/double tap may be a little more off center.

Anyway, that's my observation. The reason I actually thought about this was: I've made my sights the same and now I'm thinking of making all my trigger pulls the same pressure (on the tibs, its those trigger springs).

There's no such thing as a "cheap shot," when you use First Strikes.

Ditto that for my pistols.

None of them have as stiff a trigger as a standard military rifle/pistol, which definitely have manageable trigger pulls for rapid fire.

I shoot an A5, but in all trigger pulls for me( when sniping), I like to be able to feel the sear and spring tension. A two stage trigger is preferred, and not a light trigger pull, but not a heavy one wither. Maybe around the 2 lb pull mark.

Having been doing a few years of competitions shooting in my youth, I have to admit that I like the standard 500 gram trigger pull. With no, or close to no, creep.
The Tiberius is almost perfect in that manner, and would be if I could mod it to get that same trigger pull. That way I could know exactly when the round will go off, giving me just that little bit of extra control you need for those super accurate shots.
