Is there any paint (if you'd call it that) on the inside of the gun? I have a t9.1, and if paint gets on the inside of the body it can plug up air holes and make the barrel hard to turn. If there is, I might do it my self with a DIY kit I found on the web for a good price. I'd then cover it in dura coat to protect it.

www.camodipkit.comIt's 90 for a full kit that covers 2ft by 8ft. Allot more than one would need for one marker, but it would be good to have for future patch ups.

My friend taped off all areas like where the trigger frame meets the body and he plugged the airline holes in the asa/regulator. You have to send him the marker totally disassy'd and you can tell him where not to paint. He main business is firearms so he understands getting paint into areas like a barrel is a major no-no. His work is top notch. Before an after pics of my Rotor... Ion Trigger Frame AKA 2Liter Regulator Sight Riser CP On/Off

I almost caught the hydro dip bug. Ever since seeing this marker, I've been researching the costs and kits and have like 2-4 patterns I'm interested in; but, $99 per kit isn't cheap and I'm not sure how my choice will turn out. Has any one tried the DIY kits yet?

they give you enough for a couple markers. you could probably do 1 t9.1, and 2 or 3 t8.1s.

That's $50 a grip to do it yourself and then what do I do with the rest of the material...oh!, I do have a salt and pepper shaker the posse hates.
