I went with a Hawke XB1 scope for the X7 ($162 shipped). Was happy to finely stay in budject for once! The scope should be here by next week! Originally, was thinking CQB for the phenom; but, it is very accurate with the hammerhead phenom riffled barrel. So much so, I'm going to setup a test soon: CCM SR1 ( Silent Ghost), versus T9.1 ( silent angel), versus Tippman Tipx ( SARGE kit), versus the X7 phenom ( Repeated Silence maybe). www.hawkeoptics.com/hawke-xb1-crossbow-scope-15-5x32-sr.htmlLike I'd said, if they'd had the XB1 when I purchased the XB30, I probably would have purchased the XB1. Check out multi-rectile for quickly sighting in up to one hundred yards: Don't get me wrong, I luv my XB30 but it is $100 more! Oh, and now I'll be able to do a comparison. Hawke never did get back about sponsoring me and getting me an XB1 so I could compare the two sights. Well, now I can! Here's the XB30 multi-rectile I love (for comparsion): I'm looking forward to similar target acquistion and ranging!

Just wanted to mention, this test of the four markers will be done with the same size (diameter) and weight of First Strikes. All set to the same feet per sec, roughly 278 fps (some may drift more than others because of their internal regs) and same psi's and regulators (Ninja) feed them. All with the same bore size hammerhead barrels (but, not the same length of barrel that is depenedent on their setups)! I'm really interested in doing this!
Any one have any other ideas? Oh, each of the setups will be different they are different brands all optimized at their build times (different scopes and ranging techniques - all at the exact same distance! All shot by the same shooter!) This should be very interesting!

Well, I got some new shipments today. One from Milsig and one from Rockstar. Rockstar had some Dye multi-cam half off while milsig had the phaz mags in. Here's the haul. Can't wait to do the buildouts. Full view: Closeup of some of the Milsig stuff: Closeup of some of the Dye 1/2 price stuff: A little mixture. I could not wait to play with the stuff: the double mag (40 first strikes rounds and the new mag well) give me totally awesome fire power and allows me more concentrated focus on my enemy: The double mag set-up (seems very stable!) just the magwel: And, the two combined (fits nicely): Not just Milsig magwells, if you look, there are four for the four zetamags (but my son has the Zetamags so I can't try them and four Tiberius magwels for my new mulitcam vest and new T8.1 mags! I should be even lighter and meaner than before. Now come my build outs and mods. For example there's a vid from MidnightAngelz who keeps his zetmags upside down. He claims they are faster and easier to access that way, we'll see (I'll try both)! Same for my Repeated Silence set up. I could theroritical build out and carry 4 magwells that support two 20 round first strike magazines! let's do the math. 160 first strikes! Wonder whether the 13 cc tank will handle it!

I still want to try this. I just don't know how much the total cost. I'm assuming I don't need service, just the software and an old iphone 4; but how would it get loaded (without the service)? Has anyone out there tried this yet?

I made one and you do not need service, you can connect with your wifi to download the software, ishooter is the best I've found. It is a great idea, but I've found it very ackward to use in the field and have yet to get a good video while trying to use it. The potential is definately there, but it might just take a lot of getting used to.
