OK, big apologies going out to Solder of Fortune for my laziness. So heres how my brother made his forward facing tank mount. Now I will warn that it didn't work for him to well because with the tank on, it wanted to spin, and there for breaking the seal and leaking. First, heres a pic of the whole assembly. Attachments:

OK, all it is, is a 98 ASA with a strait through that feeds right into teh marker. Now to get the tank further away from the marker( for clearance reasons), there is a ASA to coil cord nipple and a strait through to the stock Mr1 ASA. This bumps out the tank far enough so the tank clears the marker. Attachments:

Now all the cover is, is a piece of 1" PVC that has a slot cit out of the top. This gives it a cleaner look. Attachments:

Now here is his current setup. He switched back to the coil cord after the forward tank failed( sorta) Hes calling his Mr25, after his favorite sniper the Sr25 ( I actually thought the name, and he liked it) Attachments:

Any time. He was thinking of making some kind of bracket to hole it steady so it wouldnt unscrew. but he never go t that far. Hope ot works out for you though.
And te double ASA thing is kinds unnecessary. The goal there is just to get the tank out far enough so it clears the receiver.
