 It's the evolution of a paintball player. I thought it was cool anyway. Down below you can check out their single ones cost rnage: shop.customgunrails.com/Customizable_c93.htmBut, here's an idea if other people think it's a cool idea in quantity cost. I was thinking of getting them to add one more image to that evolution,: no hopper
no back pack
just mag fed marker! And, in the right hand corner where there is more room or on another of these guards position on the other side (a set on combining) the large letters "ACES" on the opposite side or the image on top with four ACES Vote yes if you like the idea and I should look into for us. Of any of the other options. I won't proceed until I get more than 10 "yes." By Feb 1, I'll abort the idea! |

I emailed them today. I think a single image on one side (the evolution) will run about $25 max. My handrail/heat guard has 4 sides to it so, I plan on having them engrave CHICAGO on the other side (or INSTRUCTOR, that's pretty intimadating). Haven't decided which yet. So for me, I'm looking at $50 if no one else gets in. And, the reason I post it now is because, it gives the others a chance to see what it would run. No more than $25 to $50. So, jump on this and say yes. So I can ask them how much for 10 with different names engraved on the opposite side. Was going over stuff on the sights today when I found a spot that said 15 or more $18.00. So, I'm figuring if they ever get back to me the price will be quoted 15 or more $18.00 (which would be an order of $270 without shipping or handling and then I've got to resend them out to you and I'm not eating the postage.) So, I'm not looking to make any money on this but I'm thinking - why buy from me for $35 a piece when you can buy direct for $25. I guess the only reason would be cause it's got a custom ACES on it with a paintball sniper, not a rope shooter! But, we have only 6 yes, we need 9 more.
Better contact Skully, Wolfen, Allu, PZ, Archangel and majorDan and see if I have permission to use "ACES." But, come to think of it, I never did see a trademark symbol!

Not getting answers from them or yes from you. So, Im going to wait until Feb 1 and then probably just buy direct from them what I want.
As far as the image (evolution with a paintball player) getting "ACES" added to it, well, it ain't happening. Sounds like they don't even have the images so they could modify them. They sent me a couple "line art" images. Not impressed. Sorry for the wild goose chase.

Time is up for a large group order, I order mine tomorrow. It will be cheaper for the six OF YOU that expressed an interest to order them direct. They charge a flat $2.95 to ship!
If you want in your order TO LOOK LIKE MINE note" that when you order, ask them for the Chicago ACE's Evolution.
Cause, I'm having them make a custom ACES one for me. I'll display it here when I get it (it will go on my SR1). I'm having them make a custom Chicago Tiberius one for my Tiberius (not the word's Tiberius but the logo) to put on my T9.1. The flag I preorder for quality control will hopefully arrive today or tomorrow when I place this order, the USA flag is going on my mp7 and on the other side in reverse letters the word "CHICAGO" (i.e. white background and metal letters!
RECOMMENDATION: I'll place it tomorrow with Steph who has been helping me along. So, you should probably wait til Tuesday at the earliest to order yours or wait til you see how mine turned out!
Oh, and if freeenterprise is one of the people that expressed an interest, you'd better just order the original "Evolution" one!

OK last night went out (-20 degrees) and walked up to the mailbox at the top of the street. It was so cold and windy here, my face hurt by the time I got to the box! But, I was persistent and got the mail; and, yes, Custom Gun Rails was in my mail box. This morning I took some pictures. Quality looks good. I'll probably order my set now! Here are the pix on my silent angel, my trusty Tiberius T9.1:     She had gotten very jealous lately with all the attention I've been giving my other two markers: the silent knight and the silent ghost! So, after I get the copies from CGR, and posting the final pix, this thread wiil end. Here's what I sent them in an email, just before lunch: Steph:
