Just to get it straight, do you mean that their design is flawed and they do NOT meet safety criteria?? If so do you know if they are working on it or are they gonna drop it?? I know some people that are not going to be happy about that... Hell they do look cool  |

they do not meet the requirement. And yes they are trying to fix it that's why the release has been postponed once already. Read that they would try to get them out in April but don't know if they will manage that.
