Ok i figured out a great way to get the receiver back on the grip easier. If your trigger or spring gets in your way when your putting it back together, just wrap the spring and trigger together with some scotch tape and i find it much easier to put back together.

I just leave the trigger in, and have the little stick connecting the trigger to the little shaft that goes back to the regulator slightly to the left. All I have to do to take it of is angle it slightly to the right and slide it off. I do the reverse once I need to put it back

I see what he means, but when u do that it stretches the spring and could cause damage.
