Years ago, I took a risk and purchased from a Hong Kong company (cheap, cheap stuff); but it turned out to be good stuff and I've used them again and again. Always satisfied, always recommended them to other ballers.
A little less than a month ago I checked DX.com for any thing new and interesting. I typed "Magpul" in the search box. To my surprise, all this magpul stuff that I've always wanted but could not afford came up. So, I placed and order. They said they'd ship in 4-7 days (which they always said before) and usually in 4 or 5 days and certainly by 7 days, I always had my order and no problems.
I've waited and waited but my order status has now always just said "waiting for supplier!" Can't get thru to them on the phone! So, I waited too. Well after waiting weeks and weeks and weeks, I've finally cancelled my order. To which they responded, "My cancellation would be acknowledge by Feb. 14!" They obviously had my cancellation, they acknowledged it. My money was good enough to take immediately; but they need two weeks to cancel an order!
Never again. Actually, I would have told everyone about the great magpul deals once mine came in and looked fine. Now I'm here to warn everyone. DO NOT BUY from DX.
I've heard from others now the same thing. So take this rant for what it is worth. It might save you the problems I'm having getting my money back!

I had the exact same experience when I ordered my eotech. I ended up canceling and finding one on craigslist for a little bit more but I got it. I think I waited over three weeks for it to ship and it kept saying waiting on supplier also. I saw online when I did some searching that they got in trouble for the knock offs and were no longer selling them but they were still listed, just never shipping evidently.

I heard the same from Voodooaddict. He told me he waited twice for their online chat/customer service. First time after 4 hours of waiting he got a "hello." He said he responded; but all he kept getting back was "hello." I don't think I'd have the patience; but, he said he tried again and finely got thru after another six hours waiting on line.
They finally cancelled his order. L8r I learned he did this cause his cancel button didn't even work (never got any resoonse). They told him he was in a test system (an upgrade to their current) and the cancel button would be fixed! So some orders are not in the same systems and are not according to the person on the other end "both systems are not get the same status updates/fresh of orders." Imagine that!
