Happy Birthday to ME!!!

So my birthday was just a few days ago (the 14th), and I turned 18 (finally!). My mother bought me a DSLR. After months of shopping for one, I was given exactly the one I wanted...a brand new Nikon D3100 with all the trimmings. Well actually...I got it back in November for my tour to Hawaii. I was told I could have it under one condition; I had to take TONS of pictures.

So I did.

I had the D3100 body, the standard 18-55mm lens, a 55-200mm telephoto lens, a 16gb SD card, and a 320gb passport drive all packed away in nice little Roots shoulder bag. It didn't leave my body for the whole tour (except for sleeping and any activity involving water), and...after 8 days, 3 performances, and 2000 pictures...I'M IN LOVE!!!!

Just wanted to share that.

I'll upload some of the better shots for you guys to criticize when I finally finish digging through all of them ;D ;D ;D
