They are untested and from what I read about on the Tiberius forum. Not ready for prime time yet. Not without some modifications anyway. I'm glad I went with just regular mags this weekend. Was not in the mood to spend precious game time continuing the frustration we experienced with Xtreme Nightmarez.
So, I had those extensions in my trunk but did not use them. Just in case I want to send them back and wait three months for a refund (Everyone knows it takes longer to get credit or a full refund than it does to have you order sent - that is a a fairly universal scenario). So, just image how long this will take!
Had a great time. Weather was ideal. Huge game (IMO) for an "open" game, roughly 50 per side. I like bigger games in a way, cause of the target rich environment. In a way, I don't like it cause I can go thru a half a case of paint in one game (which I did).
Hope yours arrive soon. I assembled mine and the followers seem to get stuck in the transition from extension to standard mag at the junction there. So, I don't want to use them. I may just send them back. Oh, and the problem that voodooaddict reported in the Tiberius forum, that missing notch will be a real problem and deal breaker in my opinion. I have not fully loaded an extended mag cause I want them to remain new and pristine. But, not looking good.
So, the good news is we finally have them. The bad news is we finally have them. It is surprising how quickly they are being sold and resold. Since Moati himself said there would not be another batch and since their online store front is still down, I kinda of believe him this time (really). If this was the only run ever, it should make your First Strike extensions rare and worth bo qu bucks.
The first recommendation on how to improve your extensions came from my posse. After inspecting them and the problem with them not transitioning (getting stuck) at the junction with First Strikes; well, they recommended rubbing the long springs with viagra (to stiffen them up a little).
Good luck Sir SkullCandy...and may god have mercy on your canadian heart. You know I don't blame you, about being canadian, you can't pick where you were born.
