The latest from FaceBook is the Moati/XD has written confirmation that they shipped; but, no tracking numbers! And, he claims that only two people ever requested refunds. I know I was one and I'm pretty sure Fixxxer and Sir SkullCandy were also which makes at least three that I know of. So, I'll wait for the shipment to arrive (they've bought themselves more time again); but, I don't believe I'll see these any time soon.
Can I predict the next excuse for you all: "Yours must have gotten lost in the mail. We aren't responsible for shipping. Please contact the shipper if you are having problems but remember the price you paid did not include insurance on shipping. We regret this unfortunate incident."
---------- Sorry: I need to add some logic to this whole thing and apologize in a way. I'm not saying Moati lied, I don't know who lied and if Moati was duped as well; but here's my last bit of immutable logic. If they started shipping last Wednesday as Moati reported - but Moati was unable to get back in touch with them since that time; but now, he has received written conformation that they did ship (that just happened to coincide with a surge - of only two requests for refunds -sarcasm sorry), then 7 days from that first shipping announcement puts us seeing the the first shipments yesterday Wednesday So, by Friday of this week, some of those parcels have been heading to the early pre-orders by 10 days and by the following Monday, the one coming up 12-13 days. So if they shipped as provided in his written confirmation, they will have been bouncing around for 13 days by the beginning of next week. How the hell did they send them? Where are the tracking numbers (which is a form of written confirmation!)?

At this point there is really nothing that we can do for ourselves to get a refund, just because we are past the time that paypal will allow claims to be filed so waiting a week or two more (while infuriating) is worth it because the only refunds we will get is out of the goodness of brian's heart

I am so disappointed.
I used PayPal because I thought it provided both the seller and the buyer protection from exactly these situations. So, you are telling me that PayPal protects the seller only. All the seller has to do, in this case I'm talking about Xtreme Dreams/Lucky 7, is to string you along like they did and never deliver anything and you get the shaft?
None of my credit cards work like that. If the vendor hasn't delivered or it is not fit for a particular purpose, I get my refund and the credit card company goes after the seller. That's the end of me using PayPal. If PayPal provides no protection there is no reason to use them again! This was an obvious failure by the vendor to deliver product!
Wow, what a disappointing start to the 2012 season, next thing we will learn is that they are cancelling Living Legends!

If im not mistaken, paypal does indeed provide protection to the buyer as well for 60 days. After 60 days... not so much. Im not saying it is like this ,but to me it seems rather convenient that all the bullshit and delays just happened to go past 60 days... i mean when they came out with the "we're shipping next week" they just needed like 2 days to make any paypal protection go null and void (might just be a coincidence though).

Well, we went from a Christmas miracle in 2011 to the IDES of March (beware of the ides of march said the oracle) and into the year 2012. Every two weeks or so we've been given one excuse after another; or just endured more silence, hoping waiting for the fruits of our hard earned money to arrive. Well, starting March 7, 10 days ago, they supposedly started shipping them. Who among us has received one yet? Seen one yet? Thank the gods we paid a lot for shipping! If we had not, we might never have seen them. If PayPal can't help us, what about mail fraud? We have "written confirmation" from Xtreme Dreamz they shipped! Anyone know how to start an interstate mail fraud case? Anyone willing to try? added: check out the Tiberius forum for more details at: forums.tiberiusarms.com/showthread.php?t=5368

Tired of hearing about the x.1 extender debacle. Here's my last post on the subject until we get some form of litigation going:[/b]
Let’s not rehash the months of January and February, let’s just focus on the current month March 2012.
From Xtreme Dreamz on March 1 and I quote: “I spoke to the manufacturer today! He has made arrangements for his brother to ship the extensions out! He won't be able to start until next Wed 3/7…and be completed by Monday [March 12] at the latest. They will be prioritized by the order the pre-orders were placed.”
Then on March 14 (two weeks after the previous post) Xtreme Dreamz, “I have written confirmation that all the extensions have shipped. The manufacturer/shipper had expected his brother to update me with the shipping info and is looking into why he hasn't and rectifying it.”
Today is Monday, March 19; nineteen days from the beginning of the month (almost 3 weeks after the first of March post) when arrangements to ship were made; twelve days (almost two weeks) since they started shipping; and seven days (1 week) since they all shipped; and 5 days since Xtreme Dreams had written confirmation they all shipped.
Those are the “facts” according to Xtreme Dreamz own FaceBook statements on-line (not the rewrites of history going on on other forums). All these quotes have been pulled from their Facebook page. Their exact statement are in italics; I just added the “[March 12]” so there was an actual date next to the “completed by Monday” XD statement.
I think that most of us would find it helpful, beneficial to see that “written confirmation” posted up on XD’s FaceBook page. It might make us all feel a little more comfortable. It is the only tangible evidence that the extenders exist (their on-line web site where we ordered them is also down). It is still hard to understand how an email notification or tracking number (on whatever carrier or carriers were used) is taking (from the same quotes above) 7 days to reach the “prioritized pre-orders.”
My post here took microseconds to post on this forum. How long will it take for Xtreme Dreamz (as a good faith gesture) to post that “written confirmation” that is now almost a week (five days to be precise) old? The “written” confirmation got to him before the extenders got to us! Strange…stranger yet and the simplest of all, where are those extenders now, today (March 19)? What carrier did they use? Anyone, even Xtreme Dreamz should be able to contact the carrier! Why don’t we know who the carrier is?
That would be simple enough to post along with the “written” confirmation.

Honestly doesn't even matter which way they mailed these... some people should've gotten them by now even if they had used a freaking senior citizen in a damned wheelchair as carrier. If i can get ANYTHING from any part of the world using the cheapest option within 8 days to Finland. Then it really couldn't take more then a week AT THE LONGEST to get them to people on the same damned continent. Im very doubtful if there's even any extenders at all... (ofcourse if you do get them and don't like them PM me, i might buy 2 , and i'll pay on time and everything )

New useless post today on Xtreme Dreamz facebook page. No answers, same old same old problems. Never addressed our questions which might assuage our fears! Update: I got an email from Moati today at around 3 pm central time (March 20). I'm not going to retype it here. If you want to read it, here's the link: forums.tiberiusarms.com/showthread.php?p=44328#post44328Here's the summary for those not interested in following the link. Amazing all but mine shipped last week; but, now yesterday, mine shipped out too! So again, he cannot just give me my money back! Really, follow the link and read the rest in his own words! Good news, (although we've heard this before), everyone else's shipped out last week!

Now, the ugly truth seems to be settling in. We ask for updates And, the updates basically say "next week." And that is what has happened week after week after week; month after month. Moati sent me an email. According to Moati's email, everyone else's stuff did ship out last week. If that is true, some like Fixxxer (who ordered first) should have received them by now or will be getting them in the mail today. And according to Moati again, my order shipped yesterday and he generously provided me a tracking number to prove it! So, I used that tracking number again today to see where it is. My order has not yet been delivered to the Post Office. It is just an electronic statement saying a tracking number has been issued but not package is in the possession of the Post Office yet! It is Wednesday, no way I'm seeing mine this week! The rest of you should have yours this week again according to Moati so enjoy them! Let's address this again next week, or someone please, when you receive yours, just post up here. Why do these things just happen to me....everyone else is going to get theirs this week, everyone but me.

Again, more wisdom from the muzzle of Wolfen. I suggest that from now on, all thoughts of pre-order purchases be placed thru the Wolfen. He is the "ace of cookies" and wise beyond his age (which is really impressive cause wolfens age 7 times faster than humans. Just like dogs). Unfortunately, I came to this realization after ordering from Xtreme Disappiointment. That ship (according to Moati - if you read between the lines - well, it "has sailed" or may be it "was shipped?" Here, a picture is worth a thousand words:

Well, it seems that Xtreme Dreamz/Moati has won. It is like an election here in the states. Tell the people something long enough and they will believe. Intimidate the media (like MCB) so that only your side of the story is presented and covered.
The fervor/outrage seems to be dying down. The attacks on the characters of the innocent and concerned worked. People got screwed, so what. It's Friday now of the following week again. Delay after delay and no one has seen an extension yet.
In Moati's own words on March 14, "they have all shipped." Even cheap flate rate Postal Service should have arrived by now! And, no one even mentioned the outrageous mark up for a $5 shipping box! I paid $18 just for shipping!

If this keeps up i'll get mine done before you guys get yours :/.
Honestly this is a huge problem, and not only for those that happened to be in this pre-order. You see people go all the time that it's "normal" that pre-orders get delayed in paintball and that eventually things turn up... Do they even hear what the hell they're saying...? This is why this affects even those that didn't order this time. It's become a custom for many companies to act like XD does now. Why you might ask, well it's simple, because they get away with it. What we as customers need to do, is to make sure they understand that we won't stand for it. Because i can promise that if someone really made a fuss and sued XD or something, the next company thinking about doing the same thing would think twice. After a couple of deals like this really got handled in the same way we'd suddenly get rid of ALL of this crap.
I really urge everyone in the XD mess to do something about it, don't just sit and take it. Call your credit card company and file a complaint, talk to the authorities about what can be done. Both for yourselves so you can get your money back (or the product... if it exists...) and for the sake of everyone else in paintball so that this does not happen again.

It is March 24, D - day (delivery day). Demon Dogs have been tethered in the bathroom. The compound is a buzz. I checked tracking, it says its "out for delivery." My invisible naked ninja cheerleader posse have been issued walkie-talkies and are strategically positioned along the route to my home. I'm sitting by the front door and I can see the mail box from here. And, I've seen pix of it on MCB! Some people say I over react to things. Critics!
Oh did I mention it is a little wet here; but, still plan to go balling tomorrow. My three sons should be at the field! If only I could show off my extensions, I might regain their trust that I'm a plugged in baller too!
