I have an update: I guess I didn't completely understand but, now I think I do. Well, tomorrow will have been another 7 days since they suddenly announced they weren't shipping and no word, na da! I don't think this is right. First delay was one week. Blamed on annodizer. Second problem is another delay (two weeks if you count from when they said they had them ready to ship by Thursday or Friday) and now no word.
Anyone hear differently (this time I made sure to check their facebook page before posting)! Even my posse is disappointed. Wait 'til they see what I got them and the demon dogs for Valentines day!

Im sorry to hear that you guys still have problems with those. I myself is going to go on the weekend and really test my new design, if it works and hold up, well then it's the workshop next.

I'm still positive, at least for the next 7-14 days. They told us they would get them in production as soon as they achieved a certain number of pre-orders which they actually did (thank you, Sir Skullcandy for such a large order!). Giving them the traditional Jan 1 hangover, they should have ordered them some time the first of the month. They told us we'd see them 3 weeks from start of production. So, I'm still positive and being generous I expect them in my mailbox (pretty steep shipping costs) by the end of this month! 7-14 days from now! Amazing, wonderful...but I think we should hold these guys to their promise. They dictated the terms of the preorder... . Well yes they missed the ship date and there is no, I repeat no new date in site (I checked their facebook sight this morning for an update). I am an old man and a fool. I had high hopes even though I'd seen problems with Moati's crew in the past. and, up until the day they were supposed to ship out, everything was rosey. Then nothing, no word, so I waited. Then after awhile, the anodizer excuse. Then nothing again. I waited some more. Then the trump card was played, "the wife of the manufacturer was in the hospital." Now, no one could complain, have compassion! (Interesting, I read a post on the Tiberius forum that said they used this same excuse before on other orders. If that is true, this is just appalling!) When you ask a question on facebook like is there an update, you are attacked and humiliated. I've gone to their site every other day to check for an update so I know what some of the die hards say when you ask a question. I've seen it. They are clever they turn the tables on you right away and make you the bad guy. They say "any one who complains about the lack of information has no compassion for the wife; or, is not a professional; or, don't understand how some shops work." No joy in paintball anymore just some unscrupulous sellers who don't seem to be concerned about keeping their customers informed and mindless uninformed, zombie followers. Well, it was my own fault that I did a pre-order with a group that didn't have the best track record to begin with. Their web site no longer lists the extensions. You'd think after the great pre-order response that they'd already be taking orders for the next run. So, what is the point to this post? I felt compelled to speak up here after my original glowing enthusiasm about their product and promises. I understand **** happens; I just don't buy late, **** excuses and misdirection about what is going on and I don't understand why their patrons are all so protective.  |

This is the main reason why i NEVER EVER pre-order anything. Unless i can get guarantee that whatever i pay for is shipped at the latest the day after i pay it's not worth doing for me.
As for my own extensions it's actually looking pretty bright. First new prototype was quite successful and i think i've manage to eliminate most of the problems.
Sometime in March one of my friends is coming back home and we'll draw up specs and make the first real ones in either plexi-glass or aluminum (have to see price differences as well as durability but either should work great).

They got their pre-order filled and there is no talk of any more production. In fact, their site disappeared. So, no one got any pre-order stuff and no one's talking about new stuff either.
However, the quantity of 75 for pre-order was a weird number any way. Not one hundred not 50. 75 is an odd number so if you had ordered the 75th and wanted another at that time, I'm sure they would have obliged you.
I can't believe they computed their metal needs and scrap to be exactly 75 (when they never planned ahead for an anodizer delay or this "wife in hospital thing.")

they didnt stop at 75. They capped it at 100 i believe.
I know this because I ordered the 75th extension at the same time as ordering 3 others

You realize with that schedule they are shipping one set out every 30 minutes (not every 3-5 minutes; not even one every 10 minutes). According to my posse, that's pretty intense labor ;D. Thirty minutes to get one item in a bag or a box and labeled - ready to be shipped! I'm only assuming an 8 hour work day here for something that has been delayed over a month.
p.s. I ordered mine very early, they had less than 40 pre-orders at the time. So skully, I'll let you know what they are like by next Friday (as though I believe that!)

Well, it is another 5 days and today is the new day for the start of deliveries to their valued customers. Xtreme/Moati also promised that tracking numbers would be sent/emailed out as well.
So who has gotten an email saying their extensions are on their way and the tracking numbers? Speak up; please, so my faith will be restored...
I assumed that out of an order of roughly one hundred, figuring that there were multiple extensions per order, at least 20 of us should have received and email today. and another 20 at least should receive emails tomorrow. I sadly did not. But according to their own algorythm I should tomorrow.
Admittedly, I didn't check their facebook page.

Well, cording to Fixxxer on the Tiberius forum, he was the first to order; but he hasn't received any emails yet. But according to someone else, (it is late and I don't remember who it was); any way, they said, "An update was posted on their FB saying that they are shipping now." But, I don't see it. Newest post I see is 5 days old.
Anyone have any intel? Have you received your order yet? Or, a tracking number?

Over on the Tiberius forum, tick reported receiving his extensions. He is a member here too! So, may be he'll update us here!
I have renewed hope! My parts from Tiberius showed up today too.

I posted this note over on the Tiberius forum. It would be a joke now if it weren't so funny....:
OK, four or five days ago, Xtreme Dreams said (and I cut and past from their FB). "so...they will start shipping Wed and be completed by Monday at the latest."
Well, it's that Monday again. And from the normal delivery schedule, they have fallen outside today's delivery times for me. Well, you say, that's unfair cause shipping takes time. Yes, I say, but it is "completed by Monday at the latest."
So yes, Sir SkullCandy should not see his order yet (he being the last person to order - so his went out today, Monday, at the latest. That's something else they told us, they would ship in order they received our money!). But, I say Sir Skullcandy and myself and everyone else who ordered including Fixxxer - who was the first to order; should have at least gotten emails with tracking numbers by now. They also promised e-mail tracking. Email travels at the speed of light.
Me thinks there's something rotten in Denmark (sorry Wolfen). They've been "ready to ship now since middle of January" yet there is always some "snag." And, their web site is still down too!" What's next? Stay tuned boys and girls and have your decoder rings ready.
My posse says, "If you take all their promises, and than think you'll see working extensions any time this century; you are as crazy as Chicago!" At least that's what my posse says...Remember, world ends according the to Mayan's on December 21 of this year. So, I'd really, really like to use those extensions before then.
