So seeing as this is a Sniper discussion group I figured "Let's start a discussion!"
Pretty basic question, and I'm pretty sure you have seen this question on many other forums but basic is always the best place to start.
So lets hear it guys...How do you run? To ghille or not to ghille? First Strike or not? Etc Etc Etc.

I like Impacts red and yellow w/ pink fill paint, they fit nicely into my barrel and there fill is top grade.
I would like to run the poncho, knee less ghille. It offers great cover for prone and crouch position, but also allowes you to run without your legs getting tangled up in the suit( in case you have to bug out of a hot area). So ghille is a 50/50 right now, but I prefer more of the covert ops missions with basic recon gear on.

what kind of gear i use depends both on what kind of game it is, and what im supposed to do. I do use ghillie or ghillie like gear if im supposed to play defensive sniper. However when i play my more usual Flanker sniper style i don't use a ghillie since it hinders my movement too much. When i play this way i use a 3-d leaf suit (if you guys don't know what that is i can put up some pictures of it) this works great for the games you move more since it offers the same moveability as any normal camo (better then most since it's so light) while still making you blend into the nature around you. I also use camo wrap and home made ghillie on my marker (it's basicly straps of cloth to break the shape of the marker).

9.1 Elite with rifled barrel as my primary. Scope is sighted to 150 ft and will most likely stay there. I find that for me, this is the best distance to mark my targets and it's easy to adjust for further/closer acquisition. I use the scope mil dots for any necessary adjustments. For rec play I use Lapco Str8Shot.
T 8.1 as secondary.
FS are primary ammo in scenario games but in rec play, I use either Evil or All Star.
I wear all Multicam with an Alias Black cell vest. I carry 5 mags in which I use 2 double M4 pouches (total of 4 pouches).
At this point I do not wear a ghillie suit but I need/want to incorporate something like this.

Good call on the move. That being said my total gear load out looks something like this:
Proto Switch FS w/Smoked Lens
Midland GXT 1000 radio w/throat mic
Marpat Digi
Tiberius 9.1 First Strike ready (picking up the rifled barrel shortly)
Tiberius 8 Side arm
Casio DW watch (nice for timing missions, returning to CP etc)

T9.1 with Tiberius rifled barrel and hpa in stock with holographic for woods ball.
MP7 (T8.1) with flasc bore kits for speedball/village enonvironments. With remote air kit and holographic sight.
First strike only in either set-up with FLASC suppressor on both rigs as well.

Tiberius t9.1 - I leave the hopper adapter on so I can have "quick ammo" from the ten round tubes incase I get pinned down, or caught off guard.
5-10 10 round tubes
two mags First strike
Red dot scope
Gillie suit
16oz CO2 with remote line
Mole webbing belt with mag and CO2 pouches
I sometimes go hopper, but not often

I own a ghillie poncho if I need it but I love leafy suits way better. and I'm working on an FS gun right now actually  |

Primary: T9 fs ready
Secondary: SA 8 lowered velocity. These things are awsome because they come FS ready.
Woodland camo wil a ghillie on top because I like to strip in the field n leave decoys.
A few mags. As little as possible keeps me happy. And FS rounds. They keep me very happy. Looking switch my SA8 out with a 3357. Running someone down with a revolver is intimidating.

LMAO thats what I figured you used guess what I use sometimes.  LOL It is like the original one they had. When one is tripped a light next to its corresponding number in the case lights up so you know which area you have someone in. LOL To funny. |

@skully, I'm not gonna lie, I don't play recball. I would say i hate it, but i never tried it. I strictly play scenarios.
@swat3050, I looked for that at my local Target store but couldn't find it. So i settled with what i saw. btw how good does yours work?
