I had the same issues in the beginning. But with V1.1 i had no feeding-failure yet
The clue was that the round must have as less clearance as possible

I'm going to re do mine out of acrylic that's laying around. If it works I'll post how to vids. I have enough acrylic to do 10-20 of them.

HURRAY! I made two speed loaders that work. The first one loads wrong every 10 times, that's not to bad. The second works perfect every time. They are made out of a U shaped pice of card board (fs box) that then has a pice of acrylic on the final side of extra support. I wrapped the whole thing in duct tape for extra support. The one side of acrylic is nice since I can see the fs in the loader. I'll post vids later.

I decided to see what I could come up with for this and I went to Tap Plastics and picked up a stick of 1" square plexiglass tubing and a stick of 3/4" angle (since the 3/4" tubing was just a tiny bit to small) and glued two pieces of the angle inside the tube. I cut them so they will hold 8 FS's each and attached two together. I duck taped the bottom with a piece of foam to eliminate any rattling and drilled a hole for a pin to go thru and hold them in place. I'm not happy with the pin right now, I'm thinking about a flap with velcro. Here's pics so far...they should be almost indestructible...

While i really do like the idea of a speedfeed system for FSR, I myself finds it to be rather obsolete and just gives you extra weight to carry around (i've tested some prototypes but never actually had to use them). In terms of how you use FSRs it really never should be a problem to get time to refill them the normal way. That being said the prototypes you guys are doing here does look very nice and if one could make them less bulky they'd probably be a great addition to even someone that shoots as little paint as me

If some one lives near a TAP plastics, they make custom made acrylic objects, you could probably get them to make a speed loader as thin as a 12 round tube. I don't live near one unfortunately.

I live by one and did ask about getting a custom stick of the square tubing but the lady I talked to said what's in stock is all that is available. She may not know much or may have misunderstood my question but I didn't have time that day to investigate any more. I thought they did custom stuff also....
As far as bulky, I just taped two loaders together for my convenience, they aren't really any more bulky than a 10 round tube....

Our loaders also save the expensive rounds. I can lie on mine with no impact on the FSR. 10rd tubes are not very strong...
