I'll say it on this forum as well, im really happy you got the rifled barrel working!. As for your note, yes there's sometimes particles that fly out of the rifled barrel, this is just the small shaved off pieces of plastic that gets stuck in the rifling (due to underboring). It's the same thing that can be a true ***** to get cleaned out of the rifling barrel (unless you happen to have my custom swabs ). Now i've always cleaned the barrel after each use (shooting perhaps 70-80 FS max before cleaning) and so far this residue does not seem to affect accuracy at all. I guess that it eventually might do it though if enough of the residue gets stuck in the barrel but i have no idea how many FS you have to put through it without cleaning it before that happens. Then again maybe it won't happen since the FS rounds going through the barrel does "rip" loose some residue with every shot.
