Hope someone got my obscure Team Fortress 2 reference. Now I know with all you sneaky bastards lurking about there's gotta be at least a couple of highly groomed spies in our midst. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to find more then that. I've personally played the role of spy at almost every scenario that I've been to, to some extent. If you play your cards right it can be one of the most rewarding roles on the field. I've also dealt with a number of spies, some more effective than others, and I always like to see the different methods people use.
So time to spill the beans! Talk about some of your successes as a spy.

Personal favorite. I was playing a Blackcat game up in North Fork (can't remember which one it was, and if you were on the other team it's probably better that I can't.) The entire month before I started talking a big game about how I was going to show up and get tons of eliminations and win MVP and all that type of stuff. Well as you can imagine people vowed to find me on the field and give back a little of what I dished out.
So that week I got there as expected, but I dressed in jeans and a white T-shirt. I stripped down my A5 to look as basic as I could (stock everything and c02 tank on the gun.) I even went a step further and carried my 100 round pods in my pocket. I looked the part. Well some "experienced" players (that just happened to be on the other team) took me under their wing and let me run missions with them all week. Little did they know that I was playing the role of a double agent (an actual roleplayer card was given, just to keep things fair)
So the entire weekend I was able to secretly radio to my team what was going on, where we were going and how to beat us there. A firefight would start and I'd shoot a few rounds then run off to cover and wait for one side to get eliminated. Then I'd blend back in like business as usual. Good good times.
