With the new marker coming i am finally going to start out with some new projects on how i will carry my mags, paint and other stuff. I have a few different setups depending on type of game or if i run pistol.
What i am intending to do:
Double Wristguards (one will carry 5x 8-round tubes, 4x 12g CO2, The other will hold 5 x 8-round tubes a pouch for tools or such and a shortened barrel swab holder)
For the wristguard setup 2 mag pouches that's going to be fitted on the marker
Double leg "mods" (one will carry 3 mags, barrel swab and a small pouch for allen-keys other one will hold 10-12x 8-round tubes and the possibility to add a few Co2 if i play pistol)
A custom style belt (4 mags, 12 x 8-round tubes, small pouch for tools, swab holder, a BIG foldable dump pouch and the possibility to add a holster or CO2 12grams on the back)
Possibly a custom made vest (this one ain't got any real blue prints yet)
I will post up blueprints for all these items as soon as i can make them i electronic version. Also i will try to make detailed notes and pics on the process and add them here.

I have one of those large dump pouches and personally I hate the thing swinging around and throwing me off pace when it has a few mags in it. I'm going smaller.
As for some of the setup you have here. Sounds like a good amount of tooling. Sure this isn't getting a bit heavy in ADDITION to a vest?
Something else to consider. Once I've picked up my Flasc kit for my second marker I'm actually thinking I'm going to keep a space barrel on one of my legs. Much like it sounds you're looking to do for a swab. Have a barrel break: swap the barrel for a clean one.
If I was running a vest I might consider packing a second 13ci tank in a tube pouch. Yes, it would e as heavy as wearing one on my back, but at least I get to keep the versatility of switching left to right.

Im not going to use all these at once , They're all meant to be used as either or. As for weight by adding things closer to the body as well as cutting off anything not needed i believe that they will feel really light. Also my dump pouch will be folded which means it won't be hanging out at all other then if it's filled up (and that won't be for other then short periods of times). I don't think i can explain how i intend to make the pouch so you all have to wait until i get up some blueprints (i've tested this idea before and it works beautifully) The idea to simply switching barrel is a great idea, only problem for me is that i don't currently have many barrels, however, the swab holder could just as easily hold a extra barrel if i pick one up later. Also while your in serious trouble if you bolt break instead of barrel break, having a swab can at least clean it well enough for you to manage the round or to get back to the deadbox

Alright, just checking.
As for the barrels. I think this came to mind for me using the FS barrel (which you're going to have soon enough yourself). With many people commenting that not only did they have a break but that they had a round stuck (has not happened to me) I became more concerned that a stuck round would take me out of the match completely.
Like I said, this will come into play more once I have the flasc kit: With the bore sizing kit you essentially have 4 barrels to pick from. Have an issue with a break? Clean your extension and throw in the next bore size up.
As for carrying a swab around, always a good idea.

if you are planning on making custom soft goods and you arent to good with a needle and thread make sure you look into doing some work with kydex or something similar. It's easy to work with, needs minimal tools, and is strong as hell

I am fairly skilled with needle, thread and other stuff ( made alot of custom stuff before ). I always use a sort of fishing thread ( not a nylon line ) that pretty much is impossible to break, but thanks for the advise i'll take a look what that is.
